An in-house Woodvale course held at our Devon base. The course is tailored to be as relevant as possible to the requirements of an ocean rower and passage planning in a small craft. This is a minimum requirement from Coast guard authorities at the start of our races and as such is a mandatory requirement for our rowers.

Don't be put off by that though, it is an interesting and challenging course that will help prepare you for the much greater challenge of rowing across an ocean.
